Vertex is currently hiring work-at-home customer service agents in the Albuquerque, New Mexico area. You will be enrolling new customers, offering products and services, initiating orders and providing order status updates, as well as routing customer issues to higher-level employees for resolution.
Additionally, you will be processing correspondence and updates on customer accounts and processing refunds, compensation requests, and changes to accounts.
Requirements (from work at home employment listing):
• Must have at least 1 year of Customer Service Experience
• Must have HS Diploma/GED
• Must have proficient computer skills.
• Must have strong communication and problem solving skills
• Must have excellent call handling skill
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
