Docufide hires work-at-home customer support agents. You must have an upbeat, positive phone demeanor and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should have a working knowledge and proficiency with the following: Windows operating systems (2000, 2003, XP, Vista, Windows 7), remote desktop support tools, Internet, HTML, FTP, WAN/LAN environments, software installation, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
You will be assisting customers with the installation of Docufide software via email and phone. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, or 7:00 am. to 4:00 pm or 6:00 a.m to 3:00 p.m. PST. If interested in this telecommute job opportunity, email jobs@docufide.com.
