Work at Home: Customer Support Agent Jobs with HP

HP is seeking work-at-home customer support agents in the Des Moines, IA area.  You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent and a minimum of six months of customer care experience, preferably in a call center.  You must also be 18.

A background check is required for this position.  You must be able to successfully complete a classroom training program prior to beginning work from home.

Additionally, you must have knowledge of computers and Windows based applications, and you must have basic computer skills.  Finally, you must be available to work overtime as needed.
