Convergys is seeking new work-at-home customer support agents in the following states: North Dakota, Kentucky, New York, and Kansas. You must be 18 years of age or older, and you must have one or more years of customer care experience.
You must also have excellent computer (Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer), communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as superior documentation skills. Finally, you must have excellent Internet research abilities and be able to search and find information quickly.
