Balance Staffing is seeking experienced work-at-home tech support reps for one of its growing national clients. Base pay is $14.00 to $15.00 per hour. You must have a minimum of three years tech customer service experience. The schedule will include some nights and weekends.
You will be taking calls from customers and helping them with issues regarding their computer, Internet, software, peripherals, virus removal, wireless network, spyware, and more. You must have excellent communication abilities, as well as superior troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
