1-800-Flowers is actively seeking seasonal customer support agents for work-at-home positions. You must be a resident of one of the following states: Delaware, Illinois, Montana, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, or Oregon.
You must be PC literate and have high-speed Internet. You must also be able to type a minimum of 35 WPM, be fluent in Instant Message, and be able to download software as needed. Prior customer care experience is strongly preferred. You must be 18 years of age or older, and you must have your high school diploma or its equivalent.
Finally, you must have strong written and verbal communication abilities and an understanding of fundamental math. Strong sales skills are a must. The perfect candidate will be highly motivated and dependable.
