Ascend One is seeking work-at-home customer support in the Columbia, MD area. You must be able to participate in a 4-6 week paid training program held at the company’s headquarters beginning 8/12/13.
Requirements (from the job listing):
• High school diploma or its equivalent; some college and/or college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years related customer service experience, preferably in a call center.
• Proven success with customer account management and relationship building.
• Experience working with products and/or services, preferably in financial environment.
• Outstanding communication skills; able to multitask (listening while entering account information).
•Private home office with computer, high-speed Internet and land line phone.
