Blooms Today is currently work-at-home customer support across the United States to assist customers with their floral purchases. You must be available for scheduling on either Saturday or Sunday. Training will take place over the Internet and via Web conference.
You must have fast and accurate typing abilities, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience utilizing Instant Messenger, Google Talk, Yahoo Messenger, or similar chat platforms is desired. Owning a Smartphone is a plus.
Previous experience working from home is also a plus. You must be computer savvy (able to download documents and install software as needed for the position).
