Citi is seeking work-at-home customer support in the Roy, UT area. You will be assisting the company’s customers via telephone, correspondence, or both. You will respond to inquiries, as well as research and resolve service-related issues. You must have excellent communication abilities.
You must be a creative problem solver, and you must be proficient with Windows based applications. You must also have cable or DSL Internet service, a dedicated telephone line, and a private, secure workspace in the home. A PC, monitor, headset, keyboard, mouse, and telephone will be provided by the company.
You will be required to work onsite for 6 months of training in Roy, Utah, after which you may work from home. However, you will still be required to occasionally visit the Roy, UT facilities for meetings and equipment servicing.
