Higher One is seeking temp work-at-home customer support agents in the following U.S. states: CT, CO, FL, NC, TX, GA and VA. Paid training classes will start in July. Expected hours are 15 to 30 per week during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. EST. You must be at least 18, and you must have your high school diploma or its equivalent.
One to three years of customer care and/or data entry experience is required. You must have good listening skills, as well as excellent written and verbal abilities. Additionally, you must have a professional telephone presence.
Finally, you must have a quiet home office, your own up-to-date computer with high-speed cable or DSL Internet, and a land line telephone. Compensation ranges from $9.50 to $11.50 per hour to start, dependent upon experience.
