KGB is seeking work-at-home tech customer support agents in the San Antonio, TX area. You will be required to train onsite in San Antonio full-time for six weeks before being allowed to work from home. Both part and full-time positions are available.
You will be receiving inbound calls from customers and providing customer service for fiber optic TV, Internet, and phone service. You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent.
