Liberty Sport, Inc. is seeking work-at-home customer support agents with experience in the optical field (in a retail eye care professional environment or as an optical industry sales rep). You will be providing product and service information, as well as resolving customer issues.
The right candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and two to five years of optical industry experience, excellent communication abilities, and superior listening abilities. Additionally, you must be a detail-oriented multitasker with knowledge of basic computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, and the Internet).
