ModCloth is seeking work-at-home third shift customer support agents. After in-house training, you will work mainly for your own home (12:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.). You will be required to report to the office a minimum of once a week.
You will be taking product orders by telephone, resolving payment issues, tracking and researching issues, building a rapport with customers, and assisting other team members as needed.
You must have superior written and oral communication skills, have a thirst for learning, and be able to learn new software and processes swiftly. You must also be a positive, detail-oriented, organized multitasker ready for a lot of on-the-job training.
Finally, you must be available to work weekends as needed, and you must live in the Pittsburgh, PA area. A quiet home office is a must.
