RevolutionEHR is seeking work-at-home customer support specialists from across the U.S. This home-based position is location-independent. You will be responsible for account implementation, as well as current customer service, as you work with new accounts through the setup and training process.
Specifically, you will be setting up web-based training sessions and answering questions by phone, email, and instant messaging. You will also be providing feedback to the product development team for future releases of the company’s software.
Beneficial Experience (from employment listing):
- Background in an optometric practice setting

- Optometric billing and coding
- Optical product ordering (Frames, Lenses, contact lenses, etc.)
Schedule:
East Coast (9:00 am to 6:00 pm Eastern Time) or West Coast (9:00 am to 6:00 pm Pacific Time). Occasional Saturday hours may be required.
Previous customer care or training experience is also a plus. These are full-time positions. The company offers vacation, health, dental, 401K, and FSA to its work from home employees.
