Work at Home Customer Support Jobs with SeatGeek

SeatGeek is seeking work-at-home weekend customer support.  Hours are about 10 per weekend, but you will have some input into scheduling. You will be remotely helping people to find the best deals on sports, concert, and theater tickets.

Primarily, you will be assisting customers in a thorough and professional manner, while filing reports on bugs that are leading to customer issues.

Requirements (from employment listing):

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Patient, compassionate, and consummately helpful
  • Computer literate–able to fluidly use office productivity software and conduct internet research

You will be asked to perform a challenge test during the hiring process.  Those who do well on the challenge will be contacted. The amount and manner of compensation per hour is not mentioned in the employment listing.
