Work at Home Customer Support Jobs with UCare

UCare is hiring work-at-home customer support in the Minneapolis, MN area.  You will be assisting customers via phone, written correspondence, Web, fax, or voice mail.  This is a part-time (24 hour-per-week) position.

Requirements (from job listing):

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two year degree in a health related, liberal arts, or communication field is preferred. Course(s) in medical terminology also preferred.
  • Experience in a customer service environment is required.
  • Proficient computer skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment also required.
  • Six months of customer service experience in a call center environment or two-years other customer service is preferred.
  • Experience with health insurance, HMO, physician group practice, or community agency preferred.
  • Working knowledge of medical claims and/or medical billing processes is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office, Amisys, and MACESS type software packages preferred.
  • Experience working with a transportation company as a dispatcher or scheduler a plus.

You must have high-speed Internet access. The schedule for this position is Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If interested in this telecommute opportunity, please see the job listing at HealthCareJobSite.
