Voxent is seeking work-at-home support specialists to join its teams in Dallas, TX, Atlanta, GA, and Nashville, TN. You must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, biz, healthcare, or a related field for these customer support positions.
You must also have two or more years of experience as an IT Help Desk administrator. Additionally, you must be a NextGen Certified Professional (EPM and EHR) or be willing to attain certification within six months of hire, and you must have four or more years of experience with NextGen practice management and/or EMR systems (This must have taken place within the last two years).
