The Luxe Lens, Inc. is seeking a work at home customer support manager in the U.S. This is a part-time home-based position.
Compensation for this work at home customer support position is $20 per hour.

- 4-year college degree, 2-year photography degree, or equivalent training.
- Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Lightroom (subscription service and free mobile software), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Elements, and photography.
- Outstanding written communication skills, well-developed technical aptitude, positive communication style, patience, ability to maintain professional relationships, problem-solving ability, and self-discipline.
Responsibilities (from listing):
- Manage customer support emails in the areas of product installation, product features, product application, and general support. These come in directly via Facebook, Instagram, and email, but are managed via Zendesk and AgoraPulse software.
- Develop written and visual templates/guides to help customers with common queries.
- Contribute expertise within a close-knit, team environment via Asana and email discussions.
- Identify and communicate areas for improvement to leadership and team members, based on daily customer interactions and professional expertise.
