Enterprise is seeking new work-at-home escalation support trainees in Detroit, Michigan. You will be answering customer support calls related to escalation requests, as well as researching reservations, communicating policies, and assisting with special requests. You must be at least 18 years old.
Additionally, you must be able to train online for six weeks (Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. EST), and you must be available to work afternoon and evening hours, with both weekend days required. Starting compensation is $14.80 per hour.
Requirements (from employment listing):
- Bachelors degree required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Minimum 1 year continuous work experience at the same employer
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience; previous customer service/escalation support experience
- Basic computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Able to meet PC and Internet requirements
- Able to work 40 hours a week; able to work a flexible schedule, including day and/or evening hours; able to work both weekend days
