Cybercoders is seeking work-at-home help desk reps. Some travel to clients in the south and west suburban areas of Chicago will be required. You must be self-motivated and able to perform independently, and you must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of IT customer service experience.
In addition, you must have a bachelor’s degree and MCP, A+, and Network+ certification, as well as experience utilizing various platforms, applications, and software.
