ChaseSource is hiring work-at-home medical customer service agents in Austin, Texas. You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent. You will be making business-to-business calls.
These are full-time positions. Pay is $13.25 per hour. Hours after training are Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. You must be able to work this shift.
Requirements (from job listing):
- Professional behavior and good attendance track record with previous employer
- Minimum 1 year Call center experience
- Background in health care, human services, or customer service
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
- Ability to successfully multitask (talk and type -will be tested)
- Ability to maintain departmental metrics
- 70 calls daily (after training and nesting)
- 90% Quality score rating
- Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
- Experience in data entry and telephone skills (assessments required)
- Bilingual (Spanish) Candidates must pass – online, written and oral assessments
