Work-at-Home: MetLife Hiring Customer Relations Specialist

MetLife is seeking a work-at-home mortgage customer relations specialist.  Though this opportunity is posted through the New York offices, it appears to be a virtual position that can be performed from anywhere in the U.S.

You must have a high school diploma or its equivalent, knowledge of PC and Windows software, and be able to type a minimum of 30 WPM.  Additionally, you must be flexible with regard to schedule, be willing and able to be part of a team, have excellent listening skills, and have advanced knowledge of the mortgage banking industry, including investor guidelines.
