ModSquad is seeking a work at home community support team associate on the East Coast (can be located in the EST or CST time zone). As a work at home community support associate, you will be providing ticket support through Zendesk to assist customers using the Vimeo platform, identifying and improving on issues and trends, and providing excellent customer service.
This remote position is full time.
