Work at Home Overnight Customer Service Jobs with Telelanguage

Telelanguage is hiring work at home customer service agents in the U.S. You do NOT need to be bilingual to apply for these home-based positions.

Starting pay for these work at home positions is $12.00 per hour. Hours are 40 per week.

Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):

  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
  • Must be able to type 35 WPM.
  • Must have High School Diploma / GED.
  • Must have your own computer (home office).
  • Must have high-speed internet service.

Available shifts:

Monday – Friday 2:00 AM – 10:30 AM PST

Monday – Friday 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM PST

Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM PST

Monday – Friday 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM PST

Monday – Friday 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM PST

Monday – Friday 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM PST

Thursday – Monday 12:30 -9:00 PM PST

In this telecommute position, you will be performing the following responsibilities (from listing):

  • Receive inbound calls from a wide variety of clients requesting to be connected to an interpreter.
  • Collect required and accurate data from the requester to process the call timely and professionally.
  • Contact available interpreters, follow call handling script and connect the requested language to the requester.
