Capital One is hiring part-time work-at-home customer service specialists in the Tampa, FL area. You will need to be onsite in Tampa, FL for training full-time for 6 to 7 weeks (onsite and virtual) prior to beginning work from home. Training is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Expected hours are 30 per week. You must have a quiet home office, free of background noise. Additionally, you must have high-speed Internet and a dedicated phone line, as well as excellent customer support and problem solving abilities.
