Express Scripts is hiring work-at-home patient care advocates on a full-time basis in the Charlotte, NC area (may be available elsewhere). You will be handling inbound and outbound member, provider, and physician calls, answering inquiries regarding pharmacy benefits, working with operational departments to research and resolve issues, and maintaining documentation of all inquiries.
Additionally, you will identify instances where problems can be corrected to make the member experience better, and work on other projects as needed. This position is 100% virtual. You may work from your own home office.
Requirements (from employment listing):
- Minimum of one year of customer service work experience, preferably in a call center.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Computer navigational skills required.
