Walgreens is seeking a work-at-home resolution specialist in Florida. You must be able to commit to a varied schedule, with overtime as required. You must also have strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Some travel is required. Previous experience handling third-party insurance rejects is preferred. Additionally, you must be computer savvy, able to read and understand prescription data (including SIG codes), and organized and detail-oriented.
Finally, you must reside in Florida and be able to complete training in Orlando, and you must be self-motivated and able to perform independently. Medical billing and past retail pharmacy experience is preferred.
