Higher One is currently seeking work-at-home seasonal customer support agents. These are part-time remote positions that will start in December of 2013 and last through March of 2014. The company has three peak seasons a year, so if you do a good job, you will likely be invited back for further projects.
All shifts are Monday through Friday (no weekends). Hours are 20 to 30 per week.
Requirements (from employment listing):
- Call center customer service or work from home customer service experience working with a high volume of incoming calls.
- Banking experience a big plus.
- Strong technical aptitude, the ability to quickly navigate through multiple systems while maintaining an upbeat conversation with Higher One card holders.
- The ability to work independently, strong trouble shooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle a variety of situations and remain patient and calm
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Must be able to commit for the entire length of the seasonal employment lasting approximately December 2013 through March 2014, and adhere to a daily pre-determined set work schedule.
You must have a quiet home office space from which to work. You must also have high-speed Internet service, a reliable computer, Windows Vista, XP, 7, or 8, a hard-wired home phone line, and a headset.
