American Express is seeking work-at-home customer support leaders in the following areas: Phoenix, Lawrenceville, Jacksonville, Miramar, Salt Lake City, Dallas, Austin, Houston, Memphis, Nashville, New York, Philadelphia, Orlando, and Denver. You must be available to work some evenings and weekends (with shift differential).
You must have a minimum of three years of leadership in a call center environment, and you must have experience utilizing ASPECT/IEX or comparable WFM software. Additionally, you must have a familiarity with Microsoft Office and Avaya CentreVu Supervisor.
