SYKES is again hiring work-at-home customer service to assist customers with billing, product, and/or tech support. You must be able to pass a background and drug screening, and you must have a quiet, private home work space.
Prior to employment, you will participate in seven weeks of virtual training. After training, shifts may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. No overnight shifts are available currently.
Training hours are Monday through Thursday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST and Friday 9:00 am – 5:00pm EST. You must be willing to work a minimum of 32 hours per week. Compensation is $9.50 per hour. A 401K is available.
