Work at Home Tech Customer Support for BP Innovations

yellow-sun-flower-close-up-corner-imageBP Innovations is seeking a work-at-home senior telecommunications specialist to provide support for multilevel carrier services.  You will be logging, tracking, escalating, and resolving work orders via phone and email.  You must have experience, and you must have excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

The company offers vacation, holiday, and sick pay.  Compensation will range from $50,000 to $60,000, dependent upon experience.

Further Requirements:

  • Strong problem solver; able to multitask; good organizational skills
  • Work well independently and as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills; dependable
  • Technical knowledge:  Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field of study or equivalent training or work experience; 5 plus years’ working experience in telecommunications
  • Computer savvy; experienced with Windows 7; able to troubleshoot Internet connections
  • Proficient to expert knowledge and understanding of a broad range of telecom technologies
  • Must be proficient in Internet Explorer and the Microsoft Productivity Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Aptitude to quickly learn and understand evolving technologies
