Work at Home: Tech Customer Support Job with JangoMail

JangoMail is seeking a work-at-home “tech support genius” to join its team.  You will be working with prospective and existing customers, answering questions about JangoMail and e-mail marketing in general.   You must have superior customer care skills, understand email marketing, have knowledge of HTML and CSS, and be proficient with  Windows and MS Office (particularly Word, Access, and Excel).

You can be located anywhere in the U.S., but you must have a quiet home office.   You must have an excellent command of English, both written and verbal, and you must have email marketing experience.

Finally, you must enjoy helping people and be capable of teaching technology as you are using it, and you must have experience utilizing SaaS and be able to read SMTP log files.  A bit of SQL and API experience is a huge plus, as is an understanding of Web analytics.  The right person will be a detail-oriented and organized multitasker with the ability to perform independently.
