Exactor, a provider of cloud-based tax compliance services, is seeking a work-at-home senior tech customer support professional to assist its clients. You must have strong communicative abilities, as you will be assisting customers via telephone, email, and chat.
You must have a BS degree in computer science and at least five years of experience in a tech support role. Additionally, you must be able to install and configure software in Microsoft Windows and Linux environments, and possess basic IT knowledge, such as file transfer via FTP. Additionally, you must be able to set up and use VMware, as well as read and interpret XML.
