KForce hires work-at-home tech customer support agents across the U.S.  You must have 3 to 5 years of previous tech support experience, as well as knowledge of LMS communication protocols (AICC and SCORM).

You also should have strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.  Additionally, you must be able to research browser configurations, Java/JRE plugin and control panel settings, ActiveX, and Flash settings.
