UnitedHealth Group is seeking a work-at-home senior provider relations representative to build and nurture relationships between the health plan, providers, and practice managers. You must be able to multitask and meet deadlines, and you must have strong written and verbal abilities.
Additionally, you must have Medicaid experience (working with providers, member issues, claims, or customer service), and you must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Managed care, medical coding, and claims experience are all a definite plus.
