American Express is hiring work at home customer service all over the U.S. You must have either a four-year college degree of four years of customer support experience. You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent.
You will be delivering excellent customer care by responding to inquiries concerning accounts, growing relationships, documenting account information, and offering solutions to benefit the customer.
