UnitedHealth Group is currently seeking work at home appeals representatives in the following U.S. states: FL, TX, AZ, and CT. You must have your high school diploma, its equivalent, or ten years of equivalent work experience.
Additionally, you must have one or more years of customer service experience or experience in an office setting, using the telephone and computer as the primary tools to perform your job.
Further Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel & Outlook) is required
- Working Hours of operation: 6:00 am – 6:00 pm Monday – Friday
- Must be able to do some overtime, the occasional Saturday, and non-closed holidays.
Experience with medical or pharmacy terminology is highly desired. You must be an excellent communicator, and you must have multitasking ability.
