Enterprise Rent-a-Car is hiring work at home customer service agents in Arizona. You must live in the Tucson metropolitan area. These are full-time positions.
You must be available for six weeks of virtual training (online) Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CST. The company is specifically seeking people who are flexible with regard to scheduling. Compensation is $12.00 per hour.
Qualifications (from work-at-home employment listing):
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Minimum 1 year of continuous work experience at the same employer
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience; previous customer/escalation support experience preferred
- Must have basic computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week
- Must be able to work a structured schedule that includes morning, afternoon and evening hours
- Apart from religious observation, must be available to work both weekend days (Saturday & Sunday)
You must have a quiet home office from which to work. You must also have an up-to-date computer and high-speed Internet access.
