ING Financial Services is hiring work at home customer service reps in Texas! A new training class is scheduled for mid-October! Although the ad is running in Houston, they are advertising in several Texas cities.

The ideal candidate will possess (from work-at-home job listing):

  • High School diploma or equivalent. BA degree preferred.
  • 1+ years customer service experience
  • NASD Series 6 Certification; additional licenses/registrations as required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

These are full-time positions. The perfect person will be energetic, learn quickly, have excellent communication abilities, and have a passion for providing excellent customer support.

Additionally, you should have a basic understanding of pension and investment concepts and products. Experience in the financial services industry is a major plus.
