- High School diploma or equivalent. BA degree preferred.
- 1+ years customer service experience
- NASD Series 6 Certification; additional licenses/registrations as required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
These are full-time positions. The perfect person will be energetic, learn quickly, have excellent communication abilities, and have a passion for providing excellent customer support.
Additionally, you should have a basic understanding of pension and investment concepts and products. Experience in the financial services industry is a major plus.
