Nordstrom is seeking work at home customer service agents in Pennsylvania. You will be providing superior customer support via phone, chat, and email. Shift schedules vary, but will include one weekend shift per week.
Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities are required. Six months of retail sales experience is preferred, but not required.
