Work at Home Customer Service Jobs with Capital One

Capital One is hiring work at home customer service in Florida.  These are part-time opportunities.  You will be taking inbound calls, answering questions, providing excellent customer service, and handling customer issues promptly.

You must be able to attend onsite training for two days in Tampa, after which training will take place from your own home office.

Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):

  • At least a High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or Military experience
  • At least 2 years customer service experience OR at least 6 months work at home/virtual working experience
  • Passionate customer service advocate
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic computer issues
  • Ability to be self-motivated and operate autonomously in a quiet, remote work environment
  • Capable of working through changes and challenges to achieve the desired result
  • Possess strong decision making ability and pay close attention to detail

Hours are between 20 and 25 per week after training.  You must have high-speed Internet access, and you must live within 100 miles of the company’s Tampa site.
