Work at Home: Inbound Phone Customer Service with 1NW Contact

1NW Contact is currently hiring work at home inbound phone customer service professionals.  These are independent contractor positions.  You will be receiving inbound calls from people responding to advertisements on television. You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent and a minimum of two years of retail sales experience.

Additionally, you must be friendly and have a positive, upbeat personality.  You must also have excellent communication abilities and a clear speaking voice.

You must meet all equipment requirements and have a desktop PC or laptop, high-speed cable or DSL Internet, a USB headset, and a quiet home office.

Work-at-home schedules currently available are:

6:00am – 2:00pm Pacific – Sunday – Thursday (Friday’s and Saturday’s off)
2:00pm – 9:00pm Pacific – Sunday – Thursday (Friday’s and Saturday’s off)
12Midnight – 5am Pacific – Sunday – Thursday (Friday’s and Saturday’s off)

6:00am – 2:00pm Pacific – Tuesday – Saturday (Sunday’s and Monday’s off)
2:00pm – 9:00pm Pacific – Tuesday – Saturday (Sunday’s and Monday’s off)
12Midnight – 5:00am Pacific – Tuesday – Saturday (Sunday’s and Monday’s off)

or Weekends Only:

6:00am – 2:00pm Pacific – Saturday and Sunday Only
2:00pm – 9:00pm Pacific – Saturday and Sunday Only
12Midnight – 5:00am Pacific – Saturday and Sunday Only
