Educate Online is seeking part-time work at home customer support reps in the U.S. (up to 29 hours). The company is specifically seeking people with two to three years of call center experience.
You must live in the continental U.S. Conversational Spanish fluency is required.
Further Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures of PC hardware, software, Internet support, operating system support, and a wide variety of common retail software packages
- Knowledge in home based firewalls, routers, and networks a plus
- Experience in supporting Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7
- Experience assisting novice to experienced customers using email, phone, and/or live online chat
- Two to three years experience in technical/customer support preferred
- Post high school technical coursework or technical certifications a plus
- Strong time management skills including the ability to multitask, organize, and manage multiple priorities
- Adaptability to an extremely fast-paced, growing, and changing environment
- Excellent problem solving and action oriented customer service skills.
- Enjoys a challenge and committed to building a high-performance organization
- Good telephone demeanor and above average written communication skills
- Be able to continually change direction and procedures, based on the volume and growth of our core customer base
