Teleflora is currently hiring a large group of seasonal work at home customer service agents for Valentine’s Day. These work-at-home positions are available anywhere with an Internet connection in the U.S. You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent, and you must be authorized to work in the United States.
All training takes place online, from your home. Payment during training is your state’s minimum wage (12 to 16 hours of training), after which compensation is $8.00 an hour.
Requirements (from home-based job listing):
- If you have previous floral industry experience, please indicate this on your resume
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication abilities
- Excellent verbal and written abilities, including grammar and voice quality
- Professional telephone demeanor and attitude; self-sufficient; dependable
- Able to work independently in a virtual environment; flexible and resilient
- Active listener; detail oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer challenges
- Ability to handle conflict over the phone- win/win attitude
- Ability to problem solve and execute company/client policies, while creating a positive customer experience
- Computer literate, with the ability to navigate multiple browser and application systems, including Web-based systems, the Internet, and non Windows-based programs
- Good typing and data entry skills
- Function comfortably in a performance-based environment with calls that are monitored, recorded and assessed. Call times and quality scores are an integral part of the position
- Previous phone customer support experience is desirable
