Startek is hiring work at home tech customer service in Ohio. Training will be held onsite in Cincinnati. Therefore, you must live within a 50-mile radius of downtown Cincinnati.

Additionally, you must have your high school diploma or its equivalent and a minimum of six months of customer support experience.

  • Capable of reviewing customer records and determine needs based solutions
  • Reliable with a good work ethic
  • Self-starter and disciplined; not easily distracted while working at home
  • Friendly, outgoing, and likes working with people

  • Basic Internet and computer knowledge
  • Ability to work unsupervised

Finally, you must have a quiet home office, a land line phone, Windows XP or higher, and high-speed Internet access. Previous troubleshooting experience is a definite plus.
