Teleperformance is hiring work at home customer service agents in Ohio, Florida, and Utah! You will be providing customer support, taking action on customer inquiries, troubleshooting equipment and system problems, and performing other related duties.

Additionally, you will be performing data entry, as you enter information into the company’s system and set up troubleshooting tickets for customers.

You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent, and you must be able to pass all background screenings prior to  hire.

Further Requirements (from employment listing):

  • Six months Call Center experience preferred
  • Must be 18 years old
  • Type 25 wpm
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Must have flexible availability
  • Ability to use Windows operating systems
  • Demonstrate a high sense of urgency
  • Keen sense of attention to detail
  • Taking the initiative.
  • Able to pass Background Check & Drug test
  • Possess a high level of Professionalism
  • Must have understanding of Communication (Video, Data and Voice) networking components, PC Hardware/Software and Operating Systems.
  • One year of Technical Support & Network service experience in a related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Products
  • Experience in overcoming difficulties
  • Logical problem solving skills.
  • Understand and empathize with customer’s
  • Previous technical computer experience
  • Must have knowledge of basic computer OS
