Cox Communication is hiring work at home customer service agents in the Mesa and Tucson, Arizona area. You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent and be 16 years of age or older.
Additionally, you must have six months of customer care experience and six months of experience using a computer.
You will be responding to customer inquiries, problem-solving, answering billing questions, adding services, assisting with billing and payments, while educating the customer about available services.
