Work Opportunities Unlimited is currently hiring home-based customer service agents in the following U.S. states: Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Maryland (to include Washington, DC) and Florida. You will be contacting employers to discuss employment needs, as well as scheduling visits for the company’s career services team.
Hours are flexible (20 to 25 hours per week between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday).
Requirements (from work-at-home employment listing):
- Proven track record/success in a customer service environment, with terrific phone skills and the ability to connect well with others
- Strong verbal, written, and communication skills
- Documentation using a computer database/contact management system – must have fast and accurate data entry skills.
- The ability to work autonomously and in collaboration with customers, team and other stakeholders
The company offers competitive wages, a 401K, performance bonuses, paid time off, and more. Compensation is dependent upon experience, generally $12-14 hourly plus incentives.
