Managed Resources Inc. is seeking work at home medical coders in the U.S. to transcribe for psychiatry practices. Compensation is $21.00 to $26.00 an hour.
These medical coding opportunities are part-time (possibly also full-time).

“The primary responsibility of the Coder is to code CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10-CM, Modifiers, Units and identify documentation improvement based on medical record documentation, as needed for various client projects.”

CERTIFICATIONS
- Must have valid CPC Certification through AAPC
Required:
- 3+ years of experience required abstracting CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10-CM codes from provider documentation for Psychiatry
- Requires advanced technical knowledge in specific to Behavioral Health
- Extensive knowledge of medical terminology and ability to research coding related questions
- Must have experience with data entry of coders into a database and/or software tool
- Must have experience with remote and/or face to face provider education.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be able to successfully pass Federal Background Check.
- Must be able to successfully pass coding assessments
- High School diploma or GED required
Experience:
- E/M Coding: 3 years (Required)
- Behavioral Health and Psych Coding: 3 years (Required)
License:
- CPC or CCS-P Certification through AAPC/AHIMA (Required)
