The Renaissance Network, Inc. is seeking a work-at-home resume researcher/sourcer in the Newton/Boston, MA area. You will be responsible for researching and sourcing candidate resumes for an executive search firm.
You will also be responsible for finding suitable candidates for the firm’s open positions, building lists of candidates for ongoing client searches, and working closely with management on current projects.
You must have two or more years of experience as a recruiter or researcher, experience searching resumes on online sites, such as Monster and CareerBuilder, as well as experience with applicant tracking systems, including Sendouts.
You must be an excellent communicator and a fast learner, and you must be open to instruction and training. Finally, you must be self-motivated, driven, and highly organized. Attention to detail is a must.
